Refund Policy
This policy sets out the conditions for refunds of BLON Animation and Games Festival tickets and festival passes.
General terms
- Under applicable law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure and event services scheduled for a specific date, so tickets and passes cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.
- Unused or late-used tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the cases described below.
- A ticket or pass is valid only with its unique order code (QR code). Keep it safe — no refunds are issued for tickets used by third parties.
When refunds are issued
- Festival cancelled. If the festival is cancelled, the price paid is refunded in full.
- Event postponed. If an event is moved to a new date, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
- Material changes to the programme. If the date or venue of an event is substantially changed, you are entitled to request a refund.
When refunds are not issued
- If you change your mind or are unable to attend for personal reasons.
- For minor changes to the programme (e.g. changes to the schedule or line-up of individual programme items). The attendance of guests, especially those travelling from abroad, also depends on circumstances beyond the organisers' control (travel, health or other personal reasons), so the participation of any specific guest cannot be guaranteed.
- If a ticket is lost, damaged, or transferred to third parties.
How to request a refund
Submit your refund request by email to labas@blon.lt, stating:
- your order number,
- the date of purchase,
- the bank account from which the payment was made.
We review requests within 14 days. Once a refund is approved, the money is returned using the same payment method and to the same account used for the purchase, no later than 14 calendar days after approval.
