BLON Animation and Games Festival Code of Conduct

BLON Animation and Games Festival is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all attendees, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, physical appearance, body size, disability, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Anyone violating this policy may be asked to leave the event without refund, at the discretion of the organizers.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Festival organizers may take any necessary action to ensure a respectful and safe atmosphere for all. This includes issuing warnings or expelling offenders from the festival.

We expect all participants, including attendees, speakers, volunteers, and staff, to follow this code of conduct at all BLON venues, events, and associated social activities.

Reporting Harassment

If you experience or witness behavior that makes you or someone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. Harassment diminishes the experience for everyone, and your voice matters.

When receiving a personal report, our staff will prioritize your safety and privacy. You will not be asked to confront anyone. You are welcome to bring a support person, and we can assist you in contacting venue security, local authorities, or support services if needed.
