Director and protagonist Ondřej guides us through diverse landscapes associating the story of his struggle with depression since puberty. We share his feelings during the first depressive episodes at a family trip in his childhood, at university when striving for perfect results, at work in his everyday fights with the depressive “darkening”.

The experience explores the loss of control. Using VR, it places the viewer in a state of frustration, helplessness, and disorientation, revealing the illusion of being fully in control of one's life. As the experience gradually breaks down through delay, misalignment, and glitches, grief emerges as a bodily condition. Set in a negative version of the real world, it becomes a space for better understanding oneself. Across seven chapters, it shifts from physical activity to contemplation.
